Once you decide to rent a jukebox, you need to send us a $100 deposit check, to the address below, which we return when we get our undamaged jukebox back. Make all checks out to JUKEBOXES FOR RENT.
RENTAL MUSIC SELECTION INSTRUCTIONS
Mark down your selections on a sheet of paper. List the year and beside it the number of the song (s). To prevent errors, it's a good idea to note at least part of the song title.

If both sides of a record were hits, the flip side is shown also.
List 50 first choice NUMBERS. ( It makes no difference if there are 1 or 2 titles listed.)
Separately list 10 alternate numbers.
You may request songs not in the catalog. Each of these special requests I find for you will cost an extra $5.

If you request I pick the music it may cost between $25 and $50 extra. Although I have 33 years experience I assume no responsibility for the appropriateness of the selections made.
